A simple recipe for making Ragi cookies:

Ingredients

Ragi Flour: 2/3 cup

Whole wheat flour: 2/3 cup

Butter: ½ cup

Brown sugar: ½ cup

Yogurt: 1 tbsp.

Baking powder: ¼ tsp.

New Ground Cardamom: 1-2 tsp.

Vanilla extract: 1 tsp.

How to:

Mix Ragi & Wheat flour. Spread it on a flat baking pan

Bake the flour in a preheated oven at 180 ° C, for about 6-7 minutes

Beat in butter and sugar until soft and creamy again

Add baking powder to yogurt and add spices

Once the flour mixture has cooled, combine all the ingredients to form a ball

Divide the ball into 4 equal pieces

For each episode, you can make 5 balls

Place each ball on a greased cookie sheet (in a baking pan) and use a fork, flatten each ball to create lines that fall over.

Bake for about 12 minutes at 180 ° C

Allow cookies to cool before removing them

Keep the airtight container throughout the day to allow the flavor to grow
