Is Gluten Free the Same As Yeast Free?

If you want an answer to one word, then No! Gluten-Free means that there is no gluten, from wheat, in the product. Wheat products are things like bread, cakes, and biscuits to name a few unless they specifically say they don’t. Some supermarkets and grocery stores carry non-gluten-free products.

On the other hand, Yeast is gluten-free, so the product may contain yeast and remain gluten-free or vice versa. Yeast is a friend of the baker and the human bodies are the enemy. Yeast is a fungus and is used for fermentation. It is used in almost all bread products and in the brewing process. Or, there are recipes out there for bread and other unleavened foods, as well as gluten-free, and without too many things to do. Yeast is bad for the human body and, therefore, removing it from the diet can help cleanse the body and remove any chemicals or other harmful chemicals found in "improved" yeast products.

So the answer is no, they are not the same, gluten and wheat are the same but I do not mean that they are the same. Another similarity shared by gluten and yeast, the fact that living without them, is very healthy for you and your body, and there are many benefits to eliminating them from your daily diet. Other benefits are losing weight, getting more energy, getting into a better position, helping with many different medical problems, and several daily problems. The benefits are too long to count, many of them related to health, but in this health-conscious world, how can you be ruined?
